Orders
Before your order is shipped, please contact us via email support@tieforher.com as soon as possible
Please email us support@tieforher.com first to submit your request. Normally, we can only change your shipping address before shipping. To ensure that your package is delivered correctly, please ensure that your address is complete and correct, including all information such as apartment/suite/room number. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been shipped. Please keep an eye on the status of your order to ensure that you can receive your order.
The first thing to do is to send us an email with all the necessary information stating that you wish to cancel your order.
We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped. Once you have received a shipping notification from us, the order cannot be canceled. Then, wait for your package to arrive, you can keep it or contact us for a return/exchange. You must be responsible for sending the original item to our warehouse. In the case of a return, your payment will be refunded to you once our receiving warehouse confirms receipt of the order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number provided. If you do not receive an email regarding the shipment of your order within 2-5 business days from the date of placing your order, please contact support@tieforher.com.
Usually we ship your parcel within 24 hours on weekdays, and if you place an order on the weekend, your parcel will be sent on Monday.
Payment
(1) We recommend that you change your device or browser and try again. Sometimes, some of the programs for checkout don't display or work properly.
(2) It is recommended that you try PayPal Express Checkout to see if it helps.
(3) If you still have questions, you can provide us with the item, quantity, color and size you need, and we will send you a payment link for you to pay.

We provide a seamless and more secure experience for our customers by adding PayPal. This payment method is simple but very secure because you don't need to sign up, just fill in your credit or debit card number to pay.
If you paid via PayPal and your payment was declined, you may need to:
(1)Confirm the email address associated with PayPal.
(2)Update the expiration date or billing address associated with your credit or debit card.
(3)Confirm your credit or debit card so we know you are the cardholder.
(4)Pass a security check so that we can confirm your identity.
(5)Resolve restrictions on account settings.
If you can't pay with a credit card:
Please check your card information to make sure it is correct, including the expiration date, the name of the cardholder, the security code on the back of the card, and the billing address. Please make sure that you have not reached the limit or that your credit card has not been suspended by the bank.
