Tie For Her do not accept any return or exchange that’s outside of the United States unless for quality reasons.
Policy
We understand that not every purchase can be successful, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy to guarantee 100% satisfaction. Our return process is very simple.
- (1)We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
(2) Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
(3) Clearance and limited-time rush products cannot be returned or exchanged.
(4) Please note that we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped. So, wait for your package to arrive, you can keep it or contact us to return it for a refund
(5) For non-defect returns, we will reimburse for the price of goods only. You will be responsible for the return postage for the additional returns, and you are suggested to choose the economical way to return.
(6) However, no refunds will be issued if you return an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
(7) If an exchange is required, a new item will be shipped within a week.
(8) Any item marked as [SALE] cannot be returned or exchanged. )
(9) Please make sure you contact us first and return the package to our agreed return address, do not return the package directly. Failure to do so will affect the processing of your return.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties and fees incurred due to personal reasons for returns, except in cases of product quality issues or our responsibility.
Process
- For US domestic orders
-To initiate a return, please submit a return request.
If you receive a defective or stained item or the wrong item that you did not purchase, please contact us by email and we will usually get back to you within 24 working hours. Please ensure that you do not return directly until you have contacted us so that we can process the return for you and provide you with the necessary information for your return.
When sending a message, please include the order number, the SKU number of the item, a description of the problem, and a few clear photos to show us the exact problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that a shipping label fee of 30 USD per item will be deducted from the refund. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
- Note: You may choose your own shipping carrier to return the order to us, please let us know via email to support@tieforher.com with your order number and tracking number, we will provide the return address after we approve your return request. (Please note that without tracking information we may not be able to process your refund in time). We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
- For other region orders
Orders outside of US can be returned using your own choice of shipping carrier at your own cost as we will not be able to provide a return label. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

Log in to your account:

In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Click Request return.
Once our team receive your request, we will send you the return address via email. Please email the tracking number of your return package and the information of the logistics company you have chosen to support@tieforher.com , along with your order number and the reasons for the return. Once we receive your information, we will approve your return request in our system.
You can arrange the shipment and please write down your order number on a piece of paper and put it in the package. Please send us the tracking number as soon as possible. (Please note that without tracking information we may not be able to process your refund in time.)
Refund
Once we receive the returned item, it can take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. The refund will be returned to your account, depending on your payment method. If you want us to refund the amount to your credit/debit card, it depends on your financial institution and can range from 3-15 business days. If you want us to refund the amount to your PayPal account, it will take 48 hours.
