The DOM series notched lapel suit draws inspiration from the natural shoulder single-breasted suits of the late 1896s to 1918s era. During this time, the Brooks style single-breasted three-button suit gained popularity in the United States, while the Scottish region also saw the prevalence of single-breasted suits named after the "Bleize." Building upon this foundation, Tie For Her evolved the three-button design into a two-button style, better suited to the female figure. To this day, it remains recognized as a classic business staple and one of the most traditional modern suit silhouettes.
